Booking analytics and cookie choices
The business whose booking page you are using can choose to connect its own Google Analytics property. Optional analytics helps that business understand visits and its booking journey. StellarFlow provides the booking software.
Your choice
Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics here or through an explicitly connected business website. You can decline and still request a quote, book and pay. Use Cookie choices below to withdraw permission. Your choice is stored in this browser for six months, separately for each business and Analytics ID. Changing the ID asks for your choice again.
Local event markers prevent duplicate events for up to six months; a short-lived tab journey marker groups booking steps. These are created only after analytics consent. Stellar Electrics offers one choice covering stellarelectrics.co.uk and its booking pages on stellarflow.app. Connecting links carry that choice for this business and Analytics ID only. Other businesses retain separate choices. Cross-domain measurement may connect consented visits across the paired sites.
What is measured
When enabled, this integration measures visits to generic booking, confirmation and analytics privacy pages, prices displayed, appointment selection, checkout starts, booking requests and confirmations, initial online payments and fixed failure categories. It does not send customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, form answers, booking-access tokens or payment-card information. Payment events include the initial amount, tax and deposit/full-payment type, with an opaque transaction identifier that cannot open a booking.
Google receives technical information including your browser, device and network connection when the tag loads. The business receives reports in its own Analytics property. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled by this integration.
Storage and withdrawal
Analytics uses cookies with a business-specific sf_ prefix and _ga in the name. Their maximum lifetime here is six months. Withdrawal disables this integration and removes its cookies for this business on StellarFlow; it does not erase data already sent or change cookies on another domain. Your declined choice stays stored so we remember it. For connected sites, your latest choice carries across when you follow a connecting link. Other open tabs or direct visits on the other domain may retain their saved choice; use Cookie choices there too when withdrawing. If the browser blocks the handoff, consent is requested separately.
Analytics reporting retention is controlled by the business in its Google Analytics account. Ask the business using the contact details on its booking page about access or deletion of previously collected information. This notice covers optional analytics; the business’s booking terms and other privacy information also apply to your booking.
